Delivering high quality commercial new builds, fit-out projects, building upgrades and seismic strengthening projects from their Wellington base, our client are looking for a talented Site Manager to join their expanding team.
Key skills / qualifications required:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience gained working for a Main Contractor
Trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualification
New Zealand working rights are essential
Effective communication skills required
Genuine focus on health and safety essential
Prior experience in planning projects
Ability to read site plans
Ability to use basic computer packages
Ability to co-ordinate activities with subcontractors
As a Site Manager your performance will be key in the successful delivery of projects.
