This Wellington based Site Manager role is ideally suited to a person who can demonstrate a proven track record in delivering light commercial and interiors projects on time and budget and to a high level of safety compliance.
Working with long standing Clients, to succeed in this role you must be able to interact professionally with Client and Project Stakeholders and count communication skills as an area of strength.
As a Site Manager, you will have both sound commercial construction and interiors projects know-how and be confident in your ability to manage projects to a successful conclusion through all stages to final finish.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be trusted to run your own site, interacting on a daily basis with the Client and project partners, delivering sites up to $10M in value.
Current projects include commercial new build, seismic strengthening, healthcare, education and high quality interiors.
In addition to solid construction knowledge, applicants must be IT proficient, experience in Procore is desirable but can be learnt.
