This role would be a good fit for a Site Manager with extensive experience of working on commercial scale residential or medium to large size commercial projects. You will also have excellent communication skills, man management and the ability to prioritise are essential in order to be successful in this position.
Applicants must possess the following skills:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Site Manager on projects spanning the full building process.
Proven ability in managing projects to deliver on time and to high quality levels.
Must be computer literate to high level MS Suite.
Demonstrable ability to remain calm under pressure with inherent flexibility to meet changing demands
