This Auckland based residential design and build company currently has the need for an experienced Site Manager to join their team. It is essential that applicants come from a trades background into site management. This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level with a well renowned builder. Salary is in the region of $100-120k depending on experience, a vehicle comes with the position.
This role would be a good fit for someone who has extensive experience of working on residential projects as a site manager in NZ. Excellent communication skills, man management and the ability to prioritise are essential in order to be successful in this position.
Applicants must possess the following skills:
4-5+ years experience on residential construction projects in a site based position, ideally from a trades background
Proven ability in managing projects onsite to deliver on time and to high quality levels
Ability to manage communication and project documentation
Strong personality - equipped to confidently represent your employer with a strong grasp of health & safety
You will be the eyes and ears of your employer on site so your technical knowledge regarding residential construction will be tested
