Our Client:

They provide a wide range of services including drainage, subdivision works, earthworks, and roading. Fully equipped with their own fleet of heavy machinery's, hand and power tools to deliver high quality of services. You will be working closely with the civil engineers, construction managers, project managers and working foreman to complete assigned projects in all areas of civil works

In this role, you will be carrying out manual labouring work as required for certain projects. These includes:

  • Operate and care for construction equipment and machines

  • Help equipment operator, and other skilled labourers when necessary

  • Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards

  • Load or unload construction materials

  • Remove, fill, or compact earth

  • Follow instructions from supervisors

  • Assist co-workers

  • Perform site cleanup

  • Fulfil other related tasks as requested by management or other department personnel

  • Experienced in drainage works a necessity

  • Able to lay pipe work competently

The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the client.

About you:

  • Must have experience as a civil labourer in the construction industry

  • Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks

  • Ability to work in all weather

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
