About the Company and Project:
Our client have over 25 years of experience delivering dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment, marine works, and pipeline rehabilitation. This project will be delivering a wastewater tunnel that will run 14.7 kilometre underground and at a depth of 15-110 metre. This tunnel will be crossing 15 meters below the seabed of the Manuka Harbour.
What You Will Be Doing:
Prepare the site for tunnelling work, clearing pathways and keeping them unblocked
Organising site materials by moving and handling materials, resources and other equipment
Working closely with Erector operator and segment delivery within the TBM
Assist the team were needed be
Will be working underground in a confined space
Skills and Experiences:
We are seeking applicants with various levels of experience, but must have at least one or more of the following:
Physically fit and strong
Be willing to work underground for more than 10 hours
Flexible with a rotating shift of morning, evening/overnight and weekend shifts
Experienced in working underground
Must have a confined space ticket and a construct safe
Any experience in tools will be advantageous
