RobLawMax Recruitment are partnered with a growing and ambitious mining house who are looking for an Underground Mine Surveyor to join their Tech Services Team. You will report to and assist the Senior Surveyor with all surveying activities in a safe and timely manner.Day to day you will be responsible for assisting with reporting on surveying activities, managing and calibrating surveying equipment as well as maintain accurate and up to date plans of the mine site.
To be considered for this Underground Mine Surveyor role you will possess:
Tertiary qualification in Surveying
Previous experience working on an underground hard rock mine
Eligible for or working towards registration in NSW
Strong surveying knowledge and the ability to write reports
Experience with Surpace or Deswick software
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
The position will require relocation to Regional NSW for the position (relocation costs covered) working a 9 day fortnight and the ability to be at home every night.
