Great food industry opportunity for a customer focused Logistics, freight forwarding and Customer Service Co-ordinator
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an intelligent and outgoing person who is customer focused and can work in a fast and efficient manner to help the sales team deliver customer orders, arrange both sea and airfreight and manage global logistics relationships.
This is a challenging and interesting role, covering many products and helping service a diverse and loyal customer base throughout Australia and New Zealand.
To be successful in the role, you will possess:
- Proven customer focused and interpersonal skills
- A professional manner and be a strong team player
- A passion and relevant experience for the challenges associated with international freight and logistics
- Strong computer literacy and proven experience in Excel
You will have well developed interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, a pro active focus and an ability to deal with people at all levels. You will enjoy a challenge, be able to multi task, think logically and succeed in delivering your objectives.
