Executive Assistant

Our client is a global firm that specialises in strategy, design and delivery for some very high profile corporate clients in a range of industries. They are now in need of an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team at their central Auckland office.

The role would suit an all-rounder with a broad range of skills/ technical ability and the ability to work with a. This is a very ‘hands on’ position and you will have a strong sense of initiative and you will feel comfortable with managing multiple directors and some principals. You will also be responsible in assisting with event management.

We are looking for:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Diary management of directors, booking and arranging travel
  • Experience working within professional services.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines strict deadlines, ability to ensure delivery
  • Highly organised, able to work within deadlines
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use multiple software systems, salesforce experience is advantageous.
  • Experience taking minutes
