We’re on the lookout for an outgoing personality to join our On-Hire team as a Candidate Manager. While experience is valued, it is not required — if you’re outgoing, driven, and love connecting with people, we will teach you the rest.

What you’ll do:
- Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged
- Support consultants by sourcing, screening and placing top talent into exciting roles
- Be the friendly, positive first point of contact for candidates across construction, engineering and mining
- Assist the recruitment team with compliance requirements & CRM management
- Jump into industry events, client visits, and team socials that keep every day interesting
