A leading residential builder (not franchised, and have added 50% to their headcount this past year) is looking to hire an experienced Civil Project Manager to provide advice and assistance to the sales, drafting, planning, subdivisions and construction teams in assessing design of civil engineering works on home build projects. The role includes the management of external consultants and contractors for the delivery of their projects.The focus of the position is to manage subdivision projects from initial scoping to issuing of subdivision consents and new titles. This role is part of a team who are responsible for providing technical advice to the wider team.The project management aspects of the role are to plans, schedule and organise projects, co-ordinate resources and organise work programmes while reporting regularly on progress. The technical advisory part of the position is to manage the project schedule for all subdivision works, carry out cost estimates, liaise with the planning and consents manager regarding lodging engineering plan applications through Council and partner with consulting engineers regards public drainage.
