Project Manager - Water and Wastewater
My client are an established leader in the water, wastewater and energy management spaces. With ongoing, long term work based in the Central Hawkes Bay, they now have a need for an experienced Project Manager to join their collaborative PMO team. As a PM you will undertake both engineering and project delivery, focussed in the area of water and wastewater but varied based around dynamic client and project needs. The role is well suited to a professional, independent Project Manager, experienced with delivery of 3 waters, utility or related infrastructure projects to a formal PM methodology such as PMP, Prince 2 or similar. The role will pay a salary in the $100 - $120 K range + benefits.Your Skills:Tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering or Project ManagementExperienced with delivery of water and wastewater projectsFormal PM accreditation such as PMP, Prince2, AgileTrack record working to local construction and building standards such as NZS3910 and NZS3916 as well as QA systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001The Role:PM delivery from initiation through to project closureResponsible for investigating, designing, developing, scheduling technical and PM aspects of projectsPreparation of internal project approval documentation to secure project fundingPreparation of engineering service proposals and tender documentationLead multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Civi, Process and Electrical disciplinesResolve Project Engineering and PM issuesContribute to BD efforts and the management of H&S, Quality and Environmental Management systemsDeliver projects on time, on budget to agreed quality standards with a client centric approachBased in the Central Hawkes Bay, this role will provide a competitive package, an idyllic provincial location, easy access to affordable housing, quality education and varied outdoor activities such as Mountain Biking, Cycling and Walking trails, Scenic Reserves, Wineries and Beaches.
