About the Role
We are seeking reliable labourers to work on new solar farm projects across NZ. You will be assisting with general civil labouring duties related to solar installation such as moving materials, site preparation, trenching, and supporting trades on site. This is physically demanding work and requires good fitness, stamina, and a hands-on attitude.
Locations: Huntly, Te Aroha, Morrinsville, Hamilton
Duties
· Assist with civil construction and solar installation tasks
· Safely handle tools, plant and materials
· Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
· Support the team to ensure deadlines are met
What we’re looking for
· 2-3 years’ experience in civil construction
· Strong physical fitness and able to complete manual labour
· Full NZ driver licence + reliable transport
· Able to pass a drug test in NZ
· Current Site Safe or Construct Safe
