As Infrastructure Logistics Manager, you’ll drive the seamless coordination of logistics operations, lead systems integration projects, and ensure service excellence through strong vendor and stakeholder engagement. Your ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership will be key to ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of ground transport services, including parking, public transport interfaces, rental cars, taxis, rideshare, and shuttle operations.
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of logistics and transport management systems, ensuring real-time tracking, analysis, and reporting tools are fully utilised.
- Act as the key point of contact for transport and logistics matters, building collaborative relationships with internal leaders, providers, suppliers, and customers.
- Drive initiatives to optimise efficiency, improve customer experience, and enhance safety and compliance.
- Support commercial objectives by monitoring revenues, reducing leakage, and contributing to budgets, business cases, and long-term planning.
- Ensure all operations meet regulatory, environmental, safety, and privacy obligations.
- Manage and mentor a direct report, providing clear direction and professional development support.

We’re looking for:
- Proven experience in transport, logistics, or infrastructure operations management (airport or large-scale environment advantageous).
- Legal rights to work in NZ permanently - No sponsorship for this vacancy.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and optimising systems.
- Experience managing teams, staff, or contractors.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to maximise performance.
- Understanding of contract law and vendor performance management.
- Awareness of privacy and compliance obligations.
- Agile, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
