As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will manage and grow long-term relationships with major clients within the construction, infrastructure, engineering, and energy sectors. This role is focused on ensuring customer satisfaction, maximising sales potential, and developing customised solutions for key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure client retention and growth.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong background in account management, sales, or business development.
- Experience working within construction, engineering, or energy-related industries.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
