Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management within construction, civil, engineering, or energy sectors.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a strategic approach to sales.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
