About the role
Using both traditional civil construction methods and machinery, plus some excellent technology and techniques; and with a flat low-overheads company structure - so that they always price competitively; these guys are doing really well. This success means they need a really good Supervisor capable of running at site level $500k - $5mil sized jobs in 3 waters plus energy reticulation. They will tailor the level to suit an excellent candidate who, at the Senior end, could have multiple sites to run at a time.
About you
- You have come up from the ground in Civils – ideally including some pipelines experience
- You’re experienced working for WaterCare
- You understand TTM, working on live-traffic streets, and keeping crews safe and productive in that environment.
- Your people and management skills result in smooth effective team culture and productivity
