Ideal candidate:
- Hands-on experience with formwork, concrete preparation, digger operation, and finishing
- Familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques used in concrete work
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license
- Strong team player with good communication skills
