Duties
Manage on-site concrete works and coordinate teams effectively
Oversee seismic strengthening and concrete remedial tasks
Supervise other works such as formwork, steel fixing, plastering, and civil labour
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project managers
Skills & Experience
Certificate-level qualified or qualified concrete technician
Minimum 5 years’ experience in concrete and foreman roles
Demonstrated understanding and experience in seismic work and concrete remedial
Other roles may include steel fixing, plastering, civil work, and formwork
Must have experience and ability to lead a team
Good reporting skills, leadership, and knowledge of NZ construction culture and methods
