We are currently looking for Heavy Machine Operators across Bay of Plenty region who have proven experience in the civil industry. We’re seeking machine operators for several clients in various roles and machines. (1.5-26 tonne)

What you’ll be doing:
Operate machinery including excavators, loaders, and rollers for tasks such as earthmoving, trenching, grading, loading/unloading, lifting, and sheet pile installation. Carry out pre-start checks, report faults, and assist with general site and labouring duties. We’re after someone safety-focused, efficient, and detail-oriented.
Ideal candidate:
- 1–2 years’ proven experience operating machinery ranging from 1.5T to 26T
- Comfortable in stepping of the machine and assisting in general labour works
- Solid understanding of health & safety practices on construction sites
- Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
- Hands-on expertise in excavation, material handling, and machine operations
- Full Class 2 licence with WTR endorsements (essential)
