The Position
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, this role involves managing multiple projects, working within a supportive team, and delivering timely estimates, tenders, and cost reports. The position offers exposure to diverse commercial interiors and the chance to grow with leaders who value your contribution.
Skills and Experience Required
- Interior fit-out QS experience gained in New Zealand, with a main contractor.
- Proven experience across estimating, tendering, cost reporting, and project administration for interior fit-out projects.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with contract and tender documents, pricing variations, and preparing monthly claims.
- Ability to coordinate material orders and liaise with contract and site managers.
- Applicants must be highly motivated, keen to prove their value, while contributing to the delivery of quality projects.
