Our client is a leading civil construction company. They specialise in delivering diverse civil engineering infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, stormwater drainage, wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of 3-waters civil construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards with a proven track record with self-delivery of 3-waters projects.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex project dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Lead project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Full cost management including budgeting, cost control and forecasting
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and adjust as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stakeholder engagement and working closely with the client
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects with self-delivery with 3 waters projects
