The Position
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include estimating material and labour requirements, preparing and submitting tenders, cost reporting, and contract administration. You'll work closely with project and site managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Skills and Experience Required
- 4-6 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, within commercial interiors
- Strong estimating, tendering, and cost reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in contract administration and project documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive approach
