The Position
Step up as Site Manager and become the driving force behind commercial projects. As the boots-on-the-ground leader, you’ll plan and steer day-to-day site operations, coach and inspire teams, and take charge of construction excellence – from blueprint to handover. You’ll lead from the front, weaving health, safety, and success together on every project, while fostering genuine partnerships with clients, subbies, and your fellow site team.
Skills and Experience Required
- 8+ years site management experience gained in New Zealand
- Trades background or a qualification in Construction Management (or similar)
- Hands-on experience managing commercial builds, seismic remediation and interiors projects
- Bring technical savvy and next-level planning skills
- Confident in building and running programmes
- Unstoppable energy for getting things done right
- Strong communicator with a passion for teamwork
- Delegation skills and a can-do approach
- Tech smart and cool under deadline pressure
