Were on the hunt for a reliable, experienced, and self-motivated TPO Technician to join our clients commercial roofing division. With a strong pipeline of projects across Wellington and the Hutt, our client provide steady work, great environment, and the chance to work with a professional, safety-focused team.
What You'll Do:
- Install TPO membrane roofing systems to a high standard
- Interpret plans, specifications, and site instructions
- Work independently and lead small teams on-site
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with site managers, apprentices, and contractors
- Where applicable, work within roofing and general maintenance
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in TPO membrane installation (min. 2 years)
- 5+ years trade experience
- Knowledge of other membrane systems (PVC, Butynol, torch-on) a bonus
- Roofing or maintenance experience is valued
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Current Site Safe Passport or willingness to obtain
- 2 x industry references
- Full NZ Drivers License
