He supports businesses throughout Auckland and the Bay of Plenty, recruiting across a range of operational roles including warehouse labourers, pick packers, forklift drivers, machine operators, production workers, Class 1-5 drivers and skilled tradespeople.

Before moving into recruitment, Ben spent more than 10 years with New Zealand Police, including eight years working in Youth Aid. He later transitioned into the recruitment industry, progressing through account management, team leadership, branch management and operations management roles before joining RobLawMax as a Senior Consultant.

Born and raised in Auckland and proud of his Samoan heritage, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his son's sport, and keeping active through running and training in his home gym.
