Helouise Klitzke | Candidate Manager & Administrator | RobLawMax

With more than 10 years’ experience in recruitment, Helouise has worked across both recruiter and recruitment consultant roles in South Africa and New Zealand. She previously worked with RobLawMax’s permanent recruitment team before moving into an Executive Assistant role with Stuff, where she spent the last two years supporting senior leaders and business operations.

Helouise plays a key role in candidate management, compliance and contractor support, assisting with site readiness, safety and immigration checks, PPE coordination, payroll queries and ongoing candidate care. She is passionate about building strong relationships and ensuring candidates feel supported and valued throughout their placement.

Originally from South Africa, Helouise moved to New Zealand three years ago.

Outside of work, Helouise enjoys spending time with her family and creating memorable experiences with her two boys.
