Australasia.

Her work includes placing professionals such as mining engineers, geologists, metallurgists and operational leaders across major mining operations. Lara is known for her ability to source hard-to-find talent and for building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Originally from Lytham St Annes in Lancashire, UK, Lara began her recruitment career in London before relocating to Australia in 2016.

Outside of work, Lara enjoys horse riding and spending as much time as possible with her horses.
