Lee-Tara supports RobLawMax’s Kapiti On-Hire team, working with contractors and clients across the region.

Born and raised on the Kapiti Coast, she joined RobLawMax after working as a customer support agent for the New Zealand Defence Force in Wellington, where she developed strong communication and coordination skills.

Lee-Tara brings enthusiasm and strong customer service experience to the recruitment industry.

Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit training, competing in events and taking part in adventure races.
