LEWIS FEGEN

He specialises in placing professionals across project management consultancies, development management, design management and senior property and infrastructure roles.

Originally from Aberdeen in Scotland, Lewis graduated in 2016 with degrees in Business and Law. After travelling and running a small social enterprise in Australia, he moved to New Zealand in 2019 and began his recruitment career with Hays in 2021, recruiting architecture roles in Wellington before progressing to lead their white-collar construction team.

Lewis later relocated to Auckland with his partner Petra, where they are now raising their young family.

Outside of work, Lewis enjoys DJing, spending time with his young family and playing squash and football.
