Maria Ompoc

Before joining RobLawMax, Maria worked in recruitment roles in Auckland, supporting both industrial and hospitality clients across candidate resourcing, placements and account management. Her experience includes working closely with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements while maintaining strong operational coordination across recruitment teams.

Earlier in her career, Maria held roles across construction, procurement and finance, including programme coordination, accounts administration and purchasing roles supporting large construction projects in New Zealand and the Philippines. These roles helped develop her strong organisational, reporting and coordination skills, as well as her ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with family, walking in Cornwall Park, relaxing over coffee with her partner, listening to music and going to the gym.
