About the Role
We’re looking for EXPERINCED Asphalt Workers to join our paving crew in Whangarei and surrounding regions. This is an immediate start with above-market pay rate. You’ll be part of a depicted team responsible for hand-laying asphalt on roads, footpaths, and kerbs and to be a key part of keeping Northland moving!
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for pouring, spreading, raking, smoothing, and finishing asphalt, while also assisting with site preparation and clean-up. Working collaboratively with the paving crew and site management, you’ll help deliver high-quality results on these critical roading projects, helping your community.

What We’re Looking For
- Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 desirable)
- Experience in roading, sealing, or civil construction
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
