The Position
This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Project Manager to step into a structured, client-facing role supporting the delivery of projects from feasibility through to completion.
We are ideally seeking someone with education project experience.
You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, taking responsibility for:
· Preparing feasibility studies and supporting project planning
· Coordinating consultants and managing procurement activities
· Monitoring programme, cost, and project progress
· Supporting contract administration and stakeholder communication
· Producing high-quality reports, budgets, and project documentation
· Assisting in project meetings and driving action follow-ups
· Ensuring compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards
This role will give you exposure to a wide range of responsibilities, positioning you for a clear pathway into a Project Manager role.
Skills and Experience Required
· 2–5+ years’ experience in a project management, construction, or consultancy environment
· Strong understanding of project delivery across feasibility, planning, and execution
· Experience coordinating consultants and managing project stakeholders
· Exposure to cost reporting, programming, and project controls
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Strong organisational ability with attention to detail
· Confident report writing and documentation skills
· Understanding of H&S, quality, and compliance requirements
· A proactive, motivated attitude with a desire to progress
