Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position will lead new business development initiatives across a broad and diverse product portfolio. You will take ownership of new product development projects while providing technical expertise and tailored ingredient solutions to clients. This is a strategic, growth-focused role with responsibility for expanding market share across New Zealand and Australia.
Key Duties:

Sell, Sell, Sell

Develop and execute business development / sales strategies to grow the business's market share and revenue

Manage relationships with new customers

Lead new product development initiatives

Provide technical guidance on food-related ingredients and product specifications

Identify emerging opportunities in the food, beverage and animal/pet food sectors
Skills & Experience

Must have proven experience with food ingredient sales and business development

Technical Qualification in food science/ technology or similar

Technical knowledge of food-related products and ability to provide customer support
