The role: Candidate Manager - Blue-Collar Recruitment in a tight knit team
You'll be working alongside a Principal Consultant and be the go-to person for sourcing and managing candidates across Civil, Build Construction and Engineering sectors. Think of yourself as the key support, making sure the right talent is ready to hit the ground running on a busy temp desk.

Day to day you'll be:
- Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged
- Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent within the local and migrant space
- Be the friendly, positive first point of contact for candidates across civil, construction and engineering
- Assist the recruitment team with compliance requirements (pre-employment checks, references, on-boarding documents) & CRM management
- Jump into industry events, client visits, and team socials that keep every day interesting
Requirements:
- Preferrably a background in civil or construction (whether you have been on the tools and looking to get into recruitment)
- Good sense of humour, outgoing, energetic, and always up for a chat
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of ethical awareness
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Desire to work autonomously when needed
