This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving productivity on site while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and delivery. You’ll be confident running day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to specification.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supervising carpentry crews on site
- Managing daily site activities and workflow
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinating materials, labour, and subcontractors
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Problem-solving on site and supporting the team with hands-on carpentry work when required
- Maintaining strong communication with project managers and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in carpentry, with leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong ability to read plans and manage site work
- Solid understanding of building methods and site coordination
- Confident leading teams and driving productivity
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Reliable, organised, and practical approach to problem-solving
