About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Projects may include drainage, roading, subdivisions, and infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising civil crews on-site
- Coordinating daily tasks and work programmes
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Managing health & safety on-site
- Liaising with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Ensuring work is completed on time and to specification
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or leading hand
- Drainlaying experience or qualified drainlayer
- Strong civil background (drainage, roading, maintenance advantageous)
- Confident with both hands-on work and paperwork/computer tasks
- Class 2/4 license with WTR endorsements
- Reliable, takes pride in work, and a strong team player
- Own transport
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe
- Able to pass MOJ and drug screening
