Key accountabilities of the position include:
- Understand contract drawings and be able to communicate specifications.
- Develop strong working relationships with teams to ensure measurements and quantities are in line with the goals of the project.
- Assist Project Managers with project planning, including programme, work methods, and procurement.
- Ensuring Quality Assurance of direct and subcontract works.
- Prepare Work Plans, Inspections, Test Plans, and Job Risk Analysis
- Maintain record keeping for performance monitoring
- Uphold high standards for all matters relating to safety

About you:
- You hold a New Zealand Citizenship or Residency.
- You hold a trade qualification from the civil / water industry or an NZCE or civil qualification.
- You have worked alongside New Zealand field crews.
- You will have 5+ years of experience within the civil or water infrastructure sector.
- Ability to relate to a wide variety of people, building and developing strong relationships.
