The Position
As Site Supervisor, you will lead daily onsite operations across technically challenging civil drilling projects. You’ll be the key decisionmaker on site — coordinating work, driving productivity, ensuring safety, and keeping your crew engaged, informed, and performing at their best.
You’ll work closely with Engineers (who handle the project management), allowing you to focus on leading teams, solving problems on the ground, and ensuring the job runs smoothly.
Experience with subsurface chambers and manhole work is essential, along with strong communication, confidence, and the ability to mentor and uplift your team.
Skills and Experience Required
-Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil, drilling, or drainlaying environments
-Strong leadership capability with a proactive, confident, and collaborative style
-Experience with subsurface chamber and manhole installation
-Ability to plan daily work, sequence tasks, and manage multiple crews or contractors
-Exceptional safety focus with the authority to pause or redirect work as required
-Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with engineers, crews, and site contacts
-Competence completing QA records, daily reports, and site documentation
