The Position
As the Civil Supervisor, you will lead onsite civil construction activities across solar farm projects. Your role will include supervising trenching, conduit installation, earthworks, site access tracks, temporary roads, drainage measures, and laydown preparation. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material logistics to ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards. You will also manage inspections, daily reporting, problem solving, and contribute to safe and efficient project delivery.
Skills and Experience Required
· Strong background in civil construction, gained within solar farm environments (5MW–150MW).
· Practical experience in trenching, underground services installation, conduit installation, and earthworks.
· Ability to coordinate multiple work crews and work alongside electrical teams.
· Solid understanding of construction tolerances, surveying, drainage, access tracks, and site infrastructure requirements.
· Proven leadership skills with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
· Skilled in QA/QC tools (e.g., Dashpivot) and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
