About the role
Busy infrastructure and commercial structure projects require experienced concrete remedial workers to assist with concrete repairs and help meet project deadlines.
Duties
- Perform concrete repairs and remedial works on structures
- Assist in post-tensioning using hydraulic jacks
- Support crew with site preparation, grouting, and finishing works
- Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with material handling and basic equipment operation
Experience
- 5+ years NZ experience in concrete structures and repair work
- Strong understanding of post-tensioning and seismic strengthening work
- Experience in concrete remedial works including epoxy and injection repairs
- Good understanding of infrastructure projects including bridges and commercial concrete structures
Requirements
- NZ Certificate in Concrete Construction (Level 4) or relevant industry experience
- Physically fit and able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Reliable transport with flexibility to travel across Auckland sites and regional projects outside Auckland
- Strong safety focus and ability to work effectively in a team environment
