CONSTRUCTION FOREPERSON
$90K–$115K + VEHICLE

We're looking for someone with a commercial or residential construction background who can confidently take charge on site, lead a crew and keep projects moving.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of your site, working closely with project management and your wider team to deliver quality projects safely, efficiently and on time.
You'll be:
- Leading crews and subcontractors on site
- Coordinating day-to-day construction activities
- Keeping the programme on track
- Managing site health & safety and quality
- Reading plans and coordinating trades
- Identifying problems early and finding practical solutions
- Working closely with Project Managers and clients
- Getting hands-on when required and leading by example
What we're looking for?
You'll ideally have:
- Strong construction experience in commercial, residential or civil projects
- Previous experience as a Foreperson, Leading Hand or Senior Site Supervisor
- The confidence to lead people and take ownership of a site
- Good understanding of construction methodology, plans and sequencing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- A commitment to safety and quality
- A current NZ driver's licence
