What We're Looking For :
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliability and commitment to quality work
- Experience in drainage or civil construction (preferred, not vital for entry-level roles)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Relevant licences, endorsements, or certifications are advantageous
- A clear Pre-employment drug test.
