The Position
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations across civil construction and earthworks projects. You will oversee site teams, subcontractors, and plant resources while ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with the Project Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Survey Team, and subcontractors to keep the job moving, maintain compliance, and deliver great outcomes for clients.

Skills and Experience required
· Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on large earthworks projects gained in New Zealand
· Strong knowledge of NZ legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act, RMA, and Building Act
· Confident supervising teams, subcontractors, and plant operations on active sites
· Strong organisational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
· Comfortable using site systems such as iAuditor, EdApp, and related documentation tools
· Able to read and interpret construction plans, quality standards, and inspection requirements
