As an Excavator Operator, you’ll play a key role on-site, operating machinery across a range of civil projects including drainage, trenching, and earthworks. You’ll be part of a solid crew delivering quality work, with plenty of variety and consistent hours on offer.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating excavators on civil sites (drainage, trenching, bulk earthworks)
- Working around underground services and within tight trench environments
- Assisting with general site labouring when required
- Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Working closely with ground crews to meet project deadlines

What we’re looking for:
- WTR endorsements with Class 2-4 licence
- Proven experience operating excavators around services and in trenching environments
- Physically fit and willing to jump out of the machine to help on the ground
- ConstructSafe or Site Safe certification preferred
- Strong focus on health and safety
- Good machine care and mechanical awareness
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
