This is a hands-on, physically demanding position where you’ll work across a variety of projects including drainage, earthworks, trenching, and working around underground services—alongside an experienced crew. You’ll need to be confident on the tools, able to follow plans, and work efficiently within a team environment.

What we need from you:
- Experience in roading and maintenance (asphalt, concrete, drainlaying)
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence (essential), WTR a bonus
- Experience working around underground services preferred
- Physically fit and capable of heavy manual work
- Reliable, takes pride in your work, and a strong team player
- Own transport
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe
- Able to pass MOJ and drug screening
