The Position
We are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Administrator to provide onsite support throughout the duration of a major project. In this role, you will administer key H&S documentation, permits, JSEAs, SWMS and work plans, ensuring all compliance requirements are met. You will also support engineers and project personnel with safety tasks and general project administration, helping maintain safe work practices across the site. This position requires a Level 4 Health & Safety qualification and the ability to work in both administrative and practical site-based capacities.
Skills and Experience Required
· Level 4 Health & Safety qualification (mandatory).
· Experience preparing and managing H&S documentation such as JSEAs, SWMS and permits.
· Strong organisational ability and attention to detail, with confidence working in safety critical, regulated environments.
· Collaborative approach to working with engineers, project managers and site personnel.
· Ability to support onsite requirements, including administrative or practical tasks as needed.
