Our RobLawMax Labourers are the cement to our sites – they keep everyone grounded and safe. They complete extra tasks that our supervisors, foreman and operators can’t always get to. Our Labourers will assist in loading/unloading, digging, sweeping, keeping sites tidy, keeping everyone safe with their amazing health and safety practices, directing, lifting, and shifting

Requirements:
- • Physically fit and enjoys hands-on, labour-intensive work
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices on site
• Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Own transport is highly advantageous
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check
