You’ll be working across residential and light commercial sites, helping with setting out, boxing, tying steel, placing pods, and assisting the crew to get foundations poured to a high standard. If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and confident working on busy job sites, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with rib raft foundation setup, including boxing, pods, and tying steel
- Reading and following site plans and supervisor instructions
- Supporting concreting crews during pours
- General labouring such as site prep, clean-ups, and material handling
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Full licence or reliable transport
What You Need
- Previous experience working on rib raft foundations
- Good physical fitness and willingness to get stuck in
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Site Safe or ConstructSafe
- A full driver’s licence or reliable transport
- Ability to work well in a busy team environment
