You will be working with industrial products such as buckets and couplers, preparing, painting, and assembling products ready for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
• Sand and clean surfaces in preparation for painting, including removal of rust and scale
• Mask products and components prior to painting
• Apply high-quality paint finishes to products (buckets, couplers)
• Inspect finished products and ensure paint quality standards are met
• Maintain painting equipment and machinery
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch
• Manage paint and consumable supplies, including reordering when required
• Load and unload trucks when needed
Requirements & Experience
• Previous painting, manufacturing, or assembly experience
preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a hands-on workshop environment
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a drug screen
